Duff’s focus is primarily on products and services for older Americans including senior living, healthcare and medical technology, especially where there is a need for a bridge between product marketing and a retail customer/patient base. Client engagements include Luna Family Hearing, Pacific Pulmonary, Paintbrush Assisted Living and Memory Care, Peoplechart and Timm Medical. Have worked with AgeWave, Archus Orthopedics, CUWallet (credit unions), Illumina, JWT, Miracle-Ear, Unitron, Urologix, Vermont Country Store, Zimmer Spine, and Zounds Hearing among others.
Duff also conducts original research, both independently and client supported, on the subjects of aging, health, disease management, healthcare practice management and hearing health. His sweet spot is the application of highly evolved thinking to influence consumers and their agents (sales forces, retailers, physicians, etc.). He believes every marketing problem is a little different and he therefore tries to approach each project with verve and an open mind.
